Hey all, the web site is FINALLY up. Thanks to Colette for all of her hard work. We are still adding to the site so keep an eye out for updates. The members section will be up soon and you will be able to have video chat and see some of my weekly workouts and some other candid footage.
Right now im 14 weeks out from the Nationals and 11 from the Eastern USA's. holding in the 230's and lean very early.
